Overall objective: To economically empower at least 12,200 youth, particularly women, enabling them to find decent employment, become economically secure and improve their living standards. Specific objectives: 1. At least 9,400 excluded youth will have completed technical and vocational education training (TVET) and be employed with decent work 2. At least 2,800 excluded youth will have established profitable and sustainable microenterprises 3. At least 12,200 excluded youth will have access to financial services 4. At least 8,000 excluded female youth will show an increase in living standards and report improved gender equality 5. Charter, Operational Guidelines and Action Plan of the Indonesian Youth Employment Network (IYEN) have been developed and implemented for creating supported environment for youth employment
